The WILSON Project’s Italy Pilot Visit |
|
| WILSON Project successfully held its 1st General Assembly on October 22nd-23rd in Milan (Italy) hosted by partner RINA-C. This meeting served as a crucial forum for partners to align on strategic objectives, review progress, and define the next steps in project implementation. Furthermore, partners engaged in a dedicated workshop to refine the framework for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring the effective deployment of project solutions and deliverables.
The second day of the assembly included an on-site visit to Agenzia del Demanio facilities located in Brescia acting as one of the 4 pilots in the project. The visit provided valuable insights into the Italian demonstration site, where partners reviewed core pilot objectives, technical tool integration, and implementation strategies. This collaborative session reinforced alignment between beneficiaries and set a clear path for innovations’ deployment in the next phases of the pilot. |
|
| Key Outcomes from the1st General Assembly of WILSON project are: 🟢 Enhanced coordination among project partners to streamline upcoming activities. 🟢 Refined strategies for pilot site implementation and technological integration 🟢 Established methodologies for impact assessment and KPI tracking. 🟢 Strengthened collaboration with pilot partners to ensure efficient execution.
The WILSON Project continues to advance its mission of fostering sustainable,data-driven built environments, paving the way for impactful innovations in the sector. |

CEN Workshop on the Carbon Bill of Building Refurbishments On 31 March 2025, a CEN Workshop was held to advance a methodology for calculating the carbon bill of building refurbishments, based on the CHRONICLE project’s results and EN 15978. The workshop explored how lifecycle-based GHG emission assessments can support EU carbon neutrality goals and encourage sustainable renovations. This initiative reinforces the “polluter pays” principle by promoting data-driven strategies to minimize buildings’ environmental impact. |

REplicable, interoperable, cross-sector solutions and Energy services for demand side FLEXibility markets |
|
In December 2024, the first version of the REEFLEX platform, a development led by Suite5, was made available to the entire project consortium. This platform is the heart of REEFLEX as it allows prosumers through aggregators and their software tools to support network operators by participating in flexibility markets and benefiting from this activity. During these months, data upload tests are being carried out from the project demonstrators and data download tests to launch the aggregator algorithms (flexibity calculation, optimal operation, application of flexibity instructions, etc…). |
