METABUILDING

Metabuilding is a Europe wide open innovation ecosystem designed to strengthen collaboration and accelerate technological progress in the construction and built environment sectors. It centers around metabuilding.com, a digital platform that connects companies, researchers, clusters, and technology providers, allowing them to discover new innovations, stay informed about emerging technologies, and create cross border partnerships that support sustainable and future oriented development in the built environment.

Through this platform, stakeholders can showcase innovative products, access testing and certification services, and benefit from the extensive Metabuilding Labs network, which offers more than one hundred testing facilities across thirteen EU and associated countries. This network enables innovators to move from laboratory validation to full scale prototypes and pilot deployments, helping them bring new solutions to market more efficiently while contributing to a more resilient, circular, and digitally empowered construction ecosystem in Europe.

The WILSON project is engaging with the Metabuilding ecosystem by preparing its innovations for publication on the Metabuilding Platform and coordinating joint networking and workshop opportunities with partners, using the platform as a single entry point to amplify exploitation and cross sector uptake.
