The EuropeaN diGital Innovation Network (ENGINE) is a cross project initiative that amplifies the impact of European R&D on the digitalisation of products and processes. Curated by the Institute of Systems and Technologies for Sustainable Production at SUPSI, it operates as a lightweight hub that connects EU projects around shared objectives of greener, more resilient industry, helping members exchange up to date results, extend their dissemination channels, and spark cross fertilisation across domains.
In practice, ENGINE curates a triannual newsletter and a public project catalogue, offering a simple, visible entry point where consortia can showcase outcomes, align messages, and discover collaboration opportunities that accelerate uptake of digital innovation in manufacturing and related sectors.
WILSON engages with the ENGINE initiative to amplify and disseminate its outcomes, leveraging ENGINE’s triannual newsletter and cross project showcases to reach audiences beyond the project’s usual channels while aligning with a community focused on digitalisation of products and processes.
This relationship also creates practical pathways for collaboration and connecting WILSON with peer EU projects to exchange practices and reinforce its profile as a digital transformation reference in the built environment.
